Camilla
Camilla lost 7kg, reduced body fat mass from 11.9kg to 5.8kg total fat mass 6 weeks out from comp which ended up less. Increased 1kg of lean muscle mass. We got down to single digest of body fat % prior to her bodybuilding competition.
George
George lost 5kg fat mass & increased lean muscle mass by 1.8kg. Yes weight down and muscle up! Thats what we do! Lose body fat build muscle! Why? because we can and if we can we do!
megan
Meegz has so far lost 5kg with and improved her body composition with a 0.5cm increase in the hips highlighting the glutes are building that peachy butt we all want, along side her waist dropping 4cm creating the hour glass shape and dropped 5cm around the chest getting rid of some of that stubborn body fat that sits around the under-arm.

Carol
Carol lost 3kg and transferred 4kg of fat mass into lean muscle mass and no this didn’t make her jacked. It made her tone up and tighten up her figure. She also sized down to a smaller fit with with clothes! Yes you heard me! more muscle and small waistline. To make it even harder we have to do all this with having hormone implications which has made it a little difficult but not impossible. This all come down to Carol’s ability to be consistent, stay disciplined and willing to make the necessary sacrifice to achieve her goals!
Amy
Amy has lost so far 7kg. Has has crazy changes in body measurements like 7cm around her chest, 6cm around her wast and a wapping 10cm around her hips and increased in strength getting strong AF! This is all in 5 months.
Mind you she has gotten these epic body composition changes without having to make drastic sacrifices, we have simply looked at this as a lifestyle change, and as you can see…the results speak for themselves. Oh also we have battled a shoulder and hip injury as well needing to work on rehab at same time…yeh exactly bloody machine!
Grace
Grace has lost 5kg in body wight, improved her body composition dropping 1cm around her waist, increasing her hips by 2cm building that bunda which has been a main focus of ours to build and develop strong glutes. Grace has reduced 2cm around her thighs and gotten jacked in the process.
No word of a lie this woman has not only improved her body composition, she has also increased her strength and toned up even after being told by her GP that she should avoid weights training at all costs and is pretty much stuck with her injury for life. When Grace first started with me we had to take it nice and slow transitioning back into training due to her bulging disc in her L4-L5 region (aka lower back). We took the same approach as I use for all clients and thats to train for lifestyle with no emphasis on when results needed to come. Low and behold she has done all this in only 10 months after being told she basically crippled for life. Also might I add thats including multiple overseas trips for work. 1 words for this woman…Weapon!
