Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA 

These programs combine striking combinations, defensive blocking, stand up and floor grappling, depending on the martial art. the programs also have strength & conditioning movements though functional training and body weight training exercises that are related to the martial arts style. 

 
 

boxing

The boxing program is focused on upper body striking Combinations with related Strength & Conditioning exercises. This program mimics a traditional 12 round boxing bout. With a 3 minute interval period, the boxing program changes from a combination round on the boxing bag to a 3 minute circuit to follow. Between every round you have a 1 min rest period which allows you to re-hydrate and drop that heart rate which generally bumps up during each round. total training time 48minute workout (including rest periods).

Program Objective

Main Focus- self defence, mixed combination striking, upper body striking, defensive blocking, function training- whole body, body weight training- whole body.

 
 
 
 
 

kickboxing

The Kickboxing program has a very similar structure much like the Boxing program. With the additional kicking combinations, this program targets the lower body and lower abdominal muscles through the exercises provided. The structure is based on traditional kickboxing bout with 5 x 3 minute rounds. We double this round process to add in the additional 5 x 3 minute rounds of functional training. Total training time 40minute workout (including rest periods).

MUAY THAI

The Muay Thai and Kickboxing programs are much the same with a lot of similarities in the combinations. The added bonus that the May Thai program offers is the additional strikes such as knees, elbows & stand up grappling. The workout structor is 5 x 3 minute rounds. Just like the Kickboxing program we have added the additional 5 x 3 minute rounds of functional training to maximise that full body workout. Total training time 40minute workout (including rest periods).

mma

The MMA program is the ultimate self defence program combining stand up striking (Muay Thai) and grappling/ground defence (BJJ Brazilian Jui-Jitsu) to provide the overall mix martial arts experience and training program. This program is based of a MMA title bout which consist of 5 x 5 minute rounds. The workout structure consists of 3 x 5 minute rounds complete MMA combinations using all martial arts styles and 2 x 5 minute rounds of functional weights training. In total you will be training through a 5 x 5 minute rounds simulating a MMA title bout. Total training time 30minute workout (including rest periods).

Program Objective

Main Focus- stand up striking upper and lower body, close combat striking, elbows, knees, kicks, punches, stand up grappling, groups control and floor defence, functional- training whole body, body weight training- whole body.
